  • Monday Treats – employees take turns providing treats on Mondays.
  • Dry Cleaning – pick-up and delivery on Tuesday and Thursday at employee expense.

  • Postage – two mail runs a day at employee expense.
  • Vending machine – proceeds go to help homeless animals.
  • Beverages – unlimited soda, tea, and coffee – cans are recycled to provide treats on the week ends during tax season.
  • Birthday Treats – monthly birthday treats for all the birthdays that month.
  • Fall Social event – employees and spouses gather to enjoy various different events once a year (i.e. dinner cruise out of Newport with murder mystery and dancing, dinner with magician, dinner with gaming tables, dinner at winery with dancing, dinner with play, etc.)
  • Mid Tax Season Barbeque – the Friday after March 15th there is a barbecue for the employees and families to relax and enjoy – clowns with magic show, face painting, and balloon art.
  • After Tax Season Get Together – April 15th dinner is supplied in the office to relax and enjoy the aspect of tax season being over.
  • Continuing Professional Education – SMC pays for all fees and costs with respect to all approved courses.
