CHARLIE LOWENBERG, AUDIT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE

Manager – responsible for audits, reviews, compilations, and tax returns for commercial contractors. Commercial contractors consist of general contractors as well as the various types of trade contractors. In addition, responsibilities include audits of employee benefit plans for contractors subject to prevailing wage requirements.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

My experience has been centered on corporate and individual taxation as well as accounting and auditing for contractors.

I assist contractors with the preparation of accurate financial statements they can be proud of when presenting to their surety or financial institution and well as use to improve and grow their business.

I advise clients regarding key tax decisions and the effects those decisions may have on their financial statements and ultimately bonding capacity.

• California State University, San Bernardino – Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting – Graduated June 2002

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in any outdoor sporting activities such as fishing, skiing, including any organized or unorganized sport. I am a sports fanatic and have my favorite teams but have always been a fan of the professional athlete regardless of their team.
