JULIA COX, CPA, AUDIT SENIOR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE

Julia has over 20-years’ experience serving both publicly and privately held clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries. She is experienced in SEC registration statements, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, accounting for inventory, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and employee benefit plans. Past experience includes working at Ernst & Young from 1991 to 2005, in both the Inland Empire and Orange County.

• Graduated from San Diego State University, CA in 1991 with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting
