KENNEITH ROSE II, AUDIT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE

Kenneith is skilled in the areas of commercial construction, real estate development and finance, and residential construction. He is also an experienced finance manager, having managed the financial side of radiological practices.

He has served as Audit Manager with Arthur Anderson/Ernst & Young, where he served a broad-range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has served in the capacity of Finance Manager for Century Business Services, and as Vice President for Builders Capital, a construction/land-development company. He is experienced in, and understands the process of construction loans and development. He has also assisted clients with bankruptcy filings and court appearances.

As a Manager on SMC’s Construction Team, he is responsible for audits, reviews, compilations and tax returns for commercial/residential construction and real estate development clients.
