RICHARD (BUD) REYNOLDS, MANAGER – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE

As Director of Operations, Bud is directly responsible for all operational functions for the firm.  His primary emphasis is to ensure the members of the client service staff have the administrative and logistical support needed to perform their work at the high standards expected at SMC.  He is responsible for administrative affairs, physical facilities, systems and support functions.  Bud works closely with others in senior management to develop and achieve strategic goals for the firm.  In addition, he provides management data, analysis and reporting. 

Bud directs and supervises the firm’s financial management and business planning.  He also provides services to clients as part of the Business Advisory Services Team. Bud's emphasis is in healthcare and inventory-based companies, including manufacturers. He consults with companies regarding internal controls and process documentation, as well as accounting and finance issues. He assists with selection and implementation of computerized accounting systems, creates custom accounting system reports, and consults with companies regarding government contracting requirements and compliance issues.

EDUCATION

• Graduated from University of California, Riverside with a bachelor of arts degree

• Certified Organizational Change Facilitator and Trainer from Organizational Development International, Inc.

• Participates as a mentor in various programs sponsored by a local community church.  Enjoys golfing, hiking, camping and trips with the family.
