RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE

Mr. Harris joined Soren McAdam Christenson, as a partner, in January 2005. He has practiced accounting in the Inland Empire since 1984, with an emphasis in the manufacturing and distribution industries.

EXPERIENCE

• Began his practice in 1984 at Ernst & Young in Riverside, California.
• Admitted to Ernst & Young partnership in 1998; managing partner for the Riverside office prior to consolidation with the Irvine office
• Director of the Inland Empire Entrepreneur of the Year program for five years
• Twenty years’ experience in accounting, auditing, and business advisory in both public and privately held organizations, as well as entrepreneurial companies in the retail, distribution, manufacturing and construction industries
• Experienced in SEC registration statements and financial reporting, as well as performing due diligence on client acquisition targets.

EDUCATION

• Graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 1984 with a bachelor of science degree
• Licensed CPA, California

• Member of California State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
• Board chairman, executive committee of Children’s Fund
• Board member and past treasurer for the Inland Empire Economic Partnership
• Founding board member, Moreno Valley California Youth Soccer Association,
• Served as chairman of the board and treasurer of the United Way of the Inland Valleys

PERSONAL

Mr. Harris is a lifelong resident of the Inland Empire, receiving his education and establishing his career in this area. He enjoys spending time with his family and related activities. Personal interests include golf and running.
