Mr. Christenson works primarily with construction contractors, including general building and engineering contractors, as well as numerous trade subcontractors.

• Has served contractors and been active in various construction organizations for over 25 years

• Graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 1973 with a bachelor's degree in accounting
• Personal continuing education consists of professional reading related to the construction industry, as well as individual and corporate income tax
• Licensed CPA, California

• Served on the board of directors of Associated General Contractors
• Active member of the Construction Financial Management Association and the American Subcontractors Association
• Member of the construction committee of PKF North America Network
• SMC's representative to the Construction Industry CPAs/Consultants Association
• Received the Jane Gibbons Construction Industry Service Award from the National Association of Women in Construction
• Past president and current long-time board of directors’ member of East Valley YMCA
• Past president and current member of the Redlands County Club
• Past chairmen of the Board of Counselors, School of Business and Public Administration at California State University-San Bernardino (CSU-SB)
• Serves on CSU-SB’s business school’s partners’ group, and on the advisory committee to the accounting department

PERSONAL

Golf is his game. He is also a NASCAR fan, attending races both at Fontana and Phoenix every year.
