ROGER E. WADELL, CPA

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE

Mr. Wadell is the managing partner of Soren McAdam Christenson where his responsibilities also include marketing and staff development. He has been working with manufacturing and distribution companies for over 10 years, and has been with the firm since 2002.

EXPERIENCE

• Expertise in the manufacturing and distribution industries
• Worked in accounting for a venture capital company in Los Angeles
• Entered public accounting in 1994
• Served in the audit practice of a “Big 4” national accounting firm for eight years
• Extensive experience in stock-based compensation issues, mergers and acquisitions, accounting of inventory, and financial reporting

EDUCATION

• Graduated in 1990 from California State University-Fullerton with a bachelor of arts’ degree in business administration
• Continuing informal education with material related to taxation and manufacturing issues

• Member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
• Serves on the development committee of the Inland Empire Economic Partnership
• Member of the Riverside Community Health Foundation's audit committee
• Leadership team member at Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rancho Cucamonga
• Youth sports’ coach activities include soccer and t-ball

PERSONAL

Golfing and fishing are Mr. Wadell's favorite hobbies. He also enjoys weekend family activities that include soccer games and camping.
