Taxation: Compliance and Planning
• Compliance includes the typical filing of tax returns and other documents with the appropriate governmental agency. Naturally the timely filing of a tax return prevents penalties, but it also allows the statute of limitations to begin for that return.

We still sweat the small stuff. We have an entire department that will do basic bookkeeping , and other accounting services that support our client’s internal operations. This department is headed by partner Lucia Powell.
