McAdam Takes Reins as Chairman of Board for PKF North American Network

Douglas R. McAdam, Managing Partner of Soren McAdam Christenson LLP, of Redlands, CA, has been elected chairman of PKF North American Network’s Board of Directors.

PKF North American Network is an association of 95 independently owned public accounting firms that share educational, client service, technical and marketing resources and expertise. Members have a similar relationship with more than 150 additional firms around the world through their affiliation with PKF International, Ltd. Together, member firms are able to offer superior service to individual and corporate clients representing a full range of industries with diverse interests and business needs.

Doug McAdams’ community involvement is well-known in the Inland Empire of Southern California. He is past chairman of Children's Fund, has served on the boards of the YMCA, Salvation Army, and Kimberly Shirk Association. He has served as president of the Redlands Rotary Club and Inland Empire Estate Planning Council, and been a member of the PKF North America Network Healthcare Committee. A primary focus of his practice has been the healthcare industry and he is a member in the Medical Group Managers' Association.

McAdam graduated with a bachelor of arts’ degree from the University of the Pacific in 1966 and received a master’s degree in business administration in 1973 from San Jose State University. A licensed CPA in California, his continuing education focuses on individual, partnership, estate, and corporate taxation for the healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate development industries.
