City of Redlands, California
Soren McAdam Christenson LLP is located in Redlands, California right in the middle of an orange grove and right next door to the San Bernardino County Museum. We serve the entire Inland Empire (an economic entity of more than 4 million people - the twelfth largest economic entity in the United States) from this one office. We are about an hour from the beach and surfing and an hour from the mountains and skiing.
Settled in 1881 and incorporated in 1888, Redlands is one of the oldest communities in Southern California. From the 1880s to the 1950s, it was the heart of the largest navel orange producing region in the world. Over the years, it became a popular wintering spot for wealthy Easterners and a convenient stopover for Hollywood people going from L.A. (fifty miles West of Redlands) to Palm Springs (fifty miles East of Redlands).
From a population of less than 6,000 in 1900 to about 90,000, now, Redlands has grown but managed to keep its Victorian feel and its sense of history. The Redlands Bowl produces wonderful outdoor plays and concerts every Summer and does it all with contributions and the hard work of volunteers. There are a number of quality plays presented in our Prospect Park every year, and the Lincoln Shrine is the only one its kind West of the Mississippi. The University of Redlands, the Smiley Library, Market Night, the old railway station, the Redlands Country Club - the list of sites and things to do goes on and on.
Soren McAdam Christenson LLP is proud to be a part of this wonderful community and participates in every facet of the City's vibrancy - from the service clubs and the charitable organizations to the chamber of commerce and the country club. We love our town and encourage you to share in the experience.
